Protein pancakes

1 Banana

2 eggs

Mix together well in food processor. Fry lightly for 2 mins each side in coconut oil for a hint of coconut flavour as well as all that coconut goodness!

Soooooo good, full of protein and filling!! This recipe comes from @Blogilates and the next one I will try is from @knockeupfitness Erica Ziel as she adds a little coconut flour into the mix to make it more appealing for children!
