Pregnancy Food Diary #2

Starting to feel like spring!! I love spring/summer food….I can live on salad- honestly!!!

Breakfast-

It’s still nippy in the mornings so I like my hot coffee (decaf) with oats still :)

How to make overnight oats:

Overnight oats are AMAZING! Just leave 1/2 cup of steel cut or rolled oats soaking in 1 cup of almond milk (or any milk for that matter, or yoghurt) overnight in the fridge and they will be soft and smooth in the morning! I add ground chia seeds and honey for extra flavour and vitamins!

For lunch: Jacket sweet potato, cheese, avocado and tomatoes :)

Snack: Eat natural bar— I love them!!

And for dinner:

And for a bedtime snack I had a glass of milk with a banana :) …. what can I say…. I had a long evening and got hungry :)
